New England Law Career Services staff

Mandie A. LeBeau, Esq., Director of Career Services

Mandie LeBeau manages the Career Services Office, develops and maintains relations with employers, and teaches The Lawyering Experience course. Before joining New England Law | Boston, she was the program director for The Boston Lawyers Group and a program consultant for the Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity, where she assisted legal employers with recruiting and retaining diverse attorneys. Earlier in her career, she was an associate at McKenzie & Associates, P.C.

Mandie also serves as president of Pardon Me, Inc., a business etiquette consulting firm that teaches students and executives how to present themselves professionally in the workplace. She served on the Data Policy and Collection Committee for the Council of the American Bar Association Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar. A former president of the Massachusetts Association of Legal Recruiters, Mandie served as the northeast regional coordinator for the National Association for Law Placement and as the co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Diversity & Inclusion Section Subcommittee for Pipeline and Recruitment. She received a BA in political science from Spelman College and a JD from Suffolk University Law School.

Larissa Brewster, Esq., Assistant Director of Career Services

Larissa Brewster works with current students to help them navigate the employment process by counseling students, assisting with résumé and cover letter reviews, and conducting mock interviews. She also serves as recruitment coordinator, by helping employers with on-campus interviews, résumé collections, and job postings for New England Law students and alumni. 

Larissa previously worked as an account executive for Robert Half Legal, building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers in the legal field and assisting job-seekers. While in law school she clerked at a general practice firm in Boston, and as a certified student attorney, Larissa appeared in court in trials, and conducted adoptions, guardianship hearings, and bail requests with the Department of Children and Families and the Barnstable County District Attorney’s Office. She received a BS in marketing, an MBA in management from Bentley University, and a JD from Suffolk University Law School.  

Nicole Park, Esq., Assistant Director of Career Services and Pro Bono Coordinator

Nicole works with current students to develop their career goals, advise on job search strategies, review résumés and cover letters, and conduct mock interviews, and teach networking skills. She also serves as the liaison for employers seeking student assistance with pro bono projects. Before joining New England Law, Nicole was a career advisor at Boston University School of Law, where she advised Taxation LLM students and alumni. Earlier in her career, she was a corporate attorney at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston, where she represented borrowers in financing private equity transactions. 

Nicole was a legal research and writing teaching assistant during law school, and has always enjoyed teaching and mentoring law students. She received a BA in History from Dartmouth College and a JD from Boston University School of Law.
