Robert Diotalevi is an associate professor of legal studies at Florida Gulf Coast University. In addition to classroom instruction, Diotalevi presents at national and regional law-related conferences and at colleges and law schools around the country. He has been published internationally and serves as an editor for the Online Journal of Distance Learning Administration. Before pursuing his interest in the law, he was a professional broadcaster for eight years and held managerial positions in radio news and production.

In law school, he served on the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement and as the Moot Court board’s director of competitions. He was a member of the first New England Law team to reach the quarterfinal round in the Albert R. Mugel National Tax Moot Court Competition.
