After graduating from Boston College Law School, Dina Browne worked several years in Boston law firms, practicing insurance defense and insurance coverage law. In 2000, she founded the law firm, Lamb and Browne, P.C. with offices in Holliston and Walpole, Massachusetts where she grew a large real estate practice. In 2011 she joined the Boston firm of Bletzer & Bletzer, P.C. as a partner in order to expand her area of practice.
Browne has represented thousands of lenders, buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. She also handles a variety of other legal matters, including drafting zoning opinions and appeals, prenuptial agreements, condominium conversions, commercial and residential leases and probates of estates. With her litigation background, she continues to handle civil cases ranging from catastrophic personal injury cases to general business litigation. Browne is also the Co-chair of the Real Estate Conveyancing Section for the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts.
