Alicia Downey has been an antitrust advisor, business litigator, and appellate lawyer for more than 25 years. After law school she clerked for Justice Herbert Wilkins of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts before joining the litigation department of Bingham Dana & Gould (later Bingham McCutchen).
