Matthew E. Scafidi partnered with fellow New England Law graduate James A. Juliano ’05 to form the firm of Scafidi, Juliano & Hurd, LLP. His practice is focused on residential real estate law, and the firm also practices commercial real estate, condominium law, land use/zoning, business transactions, wills/estate planning, and civil litigation. Previously, he ran his own law practice and was of counsel to Perry, Krumsiek & Jack. He also was an associate with Downing & Flynn and Shaevel & Krems.
Scafidi’s civic contributions include serving as chair of the Housing Subcommittee for former Boston Mayor Menino’s Young Bostonian Advisory Council and as a board member of the Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay.
At New England Law | Boston, Scafidi founded the Real Property, Probate, and Trust organization.
